Supervision contract on customer services building in tabuk

The customer service center of the Directorate of water  in Tabuk city One of the most important administrative buildings based on customer service And meet their requirements with ease.

 Creating the building over an area of 3600 m² .the total cost Increase by 10% of the contract value to SR (19151221).

And civilization to finish it perfectly.

 The building consists of:-

• Basement which contains parking garage, Pump room.
• Ground floor which contains lounges reception for clients , administrative offices for staff and visitors ‘ Gallery and private entrance to the ladies .
•  First floor which contains communication center And administrative offices for staff and visitors ‘ Gallery Surface.
•  The roof which contains the staircase , a cycle with 2 meters height and HVAC units for the building.
  

Included in the design of the building code the dome which considered the sign  for water projects with height of 18 m  with a reflected double Glass from outside and transparent from the inside.

Glass installed on the aluminum sectors which  mounted on iron tubes.

The building is equipped with all modern facilities For the convenience of employees and customers with devices:-

• Call system
•  Surveillance cameras
•  Clock system

Also  safety tasks

• Fire alarm
• Fire fighting system

 The building is garmented from outside with curtain walls and cladding To make the scene aesthetic to the building.

 It was pace connect parts of the building each other Internally by data network to facilitate customers to finish their tasks Easily.

 Also it  links to the world Via the Internet .

And took into consideration during designing The building that the area covers only 40% of the project. The rest is a landscaping and passage corridors To show the cultural and aesthetic form of the building .

So the building looks beauty model  in Tabuk city.
